About Us

Our Story
With over 40 years of combined experience, our team carefully curates journeys that go beyond the surface, offering immersive, one-of-a-kind experiences that connect you deeply with the cultures you visit. We take pride in providing honest, thoughtful advice, ensuring each trip is tailored to your interests and crafted with authenticity.

As strong advocates of responsible tourism, we prioritise working with local communities, independent accommodations, small businesses, and cooperatives. Our approach fosters respectful and meaningful interactions, while ensuring that the benefits of tourism directly support the people and cultures that make each journey so special. With sustainability at our core, we strive to make thoughtful, responsible travel both accessible and impactful, leaving a positive imprint on both our travellers and the places they explore.
We don't aim to be the biggest operator, just the most authentic at what we do. This is travel to India built on deep knowledge, genuine passion, and thoughtful detail, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Giving Back
At the heart of what we do is a long-term commitment to the communities we work with across India. In the Little Rann, we support the Agariya community - salt farmers who live and work in one of the region’s most striking yet harsh landscapes. Despite producing the salt found in kitchens across India, many Agariya families remain on the margins. We contribute by donating educational and school materials to the Rann Shala buses, which bring vital learning opportunities to children living in these remote areas.

We also work closely with the Vadha community, among the last remaining artisans in Kutch still creating traditional lacquerware. With livelihoods that are both fragile and seasonal, many families rely on additional work such as honey gathering from the forest or making small handmade dolls to support themselves. Alongside commissioning utensil orders during quieter periods, we also provide support towards medical expenses when needed.
"Thank you so much for an amazing experience. It has changed all of our lives, we learnt so much and we are grateful to you to meet such kind and remarkable people. You made the trip very special, a huge thank you"
