Financial Protection for your holiday

India Woven Travel Ltd operates their holiday packages through Hemisphere Travel Group. Hemisphere Travel Group are ATOL protected (T7550) and a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) Q3174,  giving 100% Financial Protection for all elements of your holiday.  

 

All bookings are subject to Hemisphere Travel Group Terms and conditions here

As highlighted in the stated terms and conditions, a binding contract between us (you the passenger and Hemisphere Travel Group) comes into existence when we have received your deposit.

Other conditions

 

Travel insurance is mandatory for all passengers who have booked a holiday through India Woven Travel Ltd. Travellers must insure themselves adequately for the full duration of their tour in advance of the final balance due date of the tour in respect to illness, injury, death, baggage and personal loss.

Whilst India Woven Travel Ltd will endeavour to operate all group tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice where deemed necessary or due to unforeseen circumstances.

All deposits for India Woven Travel Ltd's small group tours are non-refundable and non-transferrable* *unless specified otherwise.
