Join us for an 8-night textile retreat in Kutch, where you'll discover one of India's most celebrated textile regions through the people who continue to keep its remarkable craft traditions alive.
Throughout the retreat, we'll visit artisan homes and workshops to take part in a series of hands-on experiences, including Ajrakh block printing, traditional Kutchi embroidery, leatherwork, weaving, and natural dyeing. Each workshop will be led by master artisans, offering a rare opportunity to learn directly from those who have inherited these skills through many generations. Designed at a slower, more mindful pace, this retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life, immerse yourself in the cultural heritage of Kutch, and gently reconnect with your own creativity.
Throughout our stay, we'll be based at the charming Bhuj House, providing a welcoming home from which to explore the region's extraordinary living craft traditions.
